Question About Levels Of Video-lessons

Is there a way to see the level of the video that you are currently watching ?? I can play some level 7-8 lessons but get stuck on level 5s in other ones. So it's basically everybody's own preference which lesson to choose. If you think its' way beyond your standard then move on to another. The difficulty ratings as said above are relative.
