Not really in the realm of MEtal but I usually like to chill with these guys. If anyone is curious get the CD "Happy SOngs for Happy People"

Hunted by a Freak

Moses I amn't

They have a new CD which is a soundtrack to this movie.

Their music is sorta flawless to me. It made me really appreciate this kind of spacey, ehtereal type of music.

Im not sure but I have been digging a lot of this type music. Not sure what it is really. I kind of equate it to the "28 Days Later" soundtrack.

I would love to create some metal licks to this kind/type of music. Just don't know how to do it yet smile.gif
Hope you enjoy!

ahh I love Mogwai. I love post-rock in general. I was gonna see Mogwai here in Michigan bout a month ago, but there drummer had some heart problems and canceled some shows including Michigan and other bordering states. I was really bummed.

I havent heard a bad Mogwai album as of yet, so I consider them one of the best musicians because they're consistent at what they do, and also there music are very stunning.

Mogwai is a band I absolutely adore but never really listened to. I'll be getting myself some new music after christmas. Any records to recommend? I'll be getting a lot of progressive stuff (Oceansize, Sikth, Isis and now perhaps mogwai?) so hit me up with some tips if you have any...

You really can't go wrong with any of them. I had been addicted to
Happy Songs for Happy People

and..

ZIdane. An original Motion Picture Soundtrack by Mogwai

Yes, they are amazing. Rock Action or Mr. Beast are my favourite records with them.
