40 bpm - evaluate your performance.
You have to choose between five grades: Effortless, Easy, Tiring, Broken, Impossible.

The ultimate goal is to have Effortless and Easy as much as possible. wink.gif

i'm probaly go to combine my basic speed training with this program 1 day i'm be do this and other day this

but actualy what is mu problem is the Speed profile becouse there is lot of steps from 40bpm to 200bpm on first time to save your profile you have to reach your max level..but every level shoot be play 2-3 minutes..for sure we can spik the lower spedd but anyway before i'm reach the red point i'm have to play maybe 10 positions and every positions shoot be play 2-3 minutes..so i'm probaly tired early rolleyes.gif

This program is really interesting, IMO, to see how you should track your own progress.

But guitar pro + excel sheet (or access data-base) will work better in my case. I will use this vacation to formulate my own way of doing it, and then I will share on my practice agenda how it is working wink.gif

If you are able to find six kinds of exercises which fits into that scheme, I'd be very interested in hearing how you progres, Gus! smile.gif

Yes. If you click the `My` button on the full version it lets you add whatever you want. I've put most of the GMC lessons there biggrin.gif

Ye, I used this program some month back, and I really like its way of approuching it. Check how fast (bpm) you can play it perfectly, then practice it around 10 bpm faster than that, it's not going to sound perfect but if you then turn down your metronome with around 5 bpm, whats seemed impossible to play before may not seem as quick and difficult now. This idea you dont need that program for, and besides: In my opinion this program is a reeeeeally boring way for training speed so I had a hard time to convince myself of practicing regurly when I used it. But in all means, its helps and if you can stand the bordomess, it might be quite affective I guess...

I agree with Raw- back when i first got it- i didnt find myself rushing myself to start up the program, i often put off the task and went for weeks without using it. It isnt super exciting. However- back then i would have found the metronome just as boring- so i dunno biggrin.gif

What I like about the program is that you can keep a speed profile, and train the right things.

That means you are able to train at the right speed, which is critical to improving! laugh.gif
