Mastering Software

I am wondering what a good software package is for mastering final mixes. I just started using Reaper recently and I am wondering if I may need anything else to do a final mix. I used to use Roland VS1880 and it was all self contained in that you would mix all of your tracks and then send them to the mastering part of that machine for final mix.

So, in Reaper do I just export a final mix to wav file and then up load that to a mastering software to add compression, effects, etc.? thanks!
