Why I Hate Couriers In Spain |

Some time back I ordered a new EQ for the mastering studio. It was shipped this week and I got the email notification that it was delivered yesterday.
Wonderful except the courier (big international courier) has delivered it to the wrong address and not even the wrong address but the wrong town about 1 hour away from here. I spoke to the person there on the phone who'll kindly look after it for me so I can retrieve it from there but can't go there for a couple of days as I'm really busy with work. The courier actually changed the town and post/zip code on the delivery address. (And he spelt the name of the town he delivered to wrong.) Couriers here really, really annoy me. A little OT - but as this is such a big international courier I've offered in the past to give them the sat nav location as well as the postal address for delivery. They told me they can't use the sat nav as none of their staff have GPS. So much for a technological 21st C logistic company.
