You can do it yourself, just smash the glass beer bottle or whatever and slip the Neck over your finger.
Although, It's very Important that you sand down the Edges so that it's smooth, you wouldn't want to cut yourself.

for 10 dollars you could get a Metal and a Glass one and try them both
