Wiki-sysops

I noticed that I have never clicked on the the members hyperlink that is next to Help, Search, and Calender. So I did and there was a drop-down bar and it said Wiki-Sysops. It is like a rank thing but I have no idea what it is. Does anybody have a clue on what this is.
