I bought a 5 pack deal of ernie ball super slinkies recently, and these things snap like nothing. I mean, I did a little tapping on the high E string and it busted. ...Tapping.... This wasn't just one occasion either. I do a little shredding once in awhile and they bust. My strat came with a set of Fender Bullets, of course, and these lasted a lot longer than the super slinkies did. Because of a bad experience with bullets in the past although, I stayed away from buying them. Although, this may change. Does anyone have any recommendations?
