Hi Guys and Gals.. what do you typically eat for breakfast ?
What usually makes you feel fuelled up and what just makes feel full and sluggish ?
Depending on time my breakfast usually consist of one of 3 options: Melted cheese on toast, boiled egg (2) on toast or cereal (Honey Nut Shredded Wheat, the little ones !)
