Hi, I think it's important to play slow, for the muscles, hands coordination, the brain... I like to warm up with a metronome or a backing track, let's say around 80bpm. Play some scales with half notes, quarter notes with alternate picking, then legato for the left hand, some arpeggios ... some bends too all along the neck.
Playing chords is also great to warmp and it's a great way to revise some of them ... drop2, drop3, inversions, triads.... !
I like to use a backing track to stay in a musical perspective and only in a 'mechanical' way, I think it's also important to wake up or warm up your musical side too.
