Hiring Members To Make Gp Files

It will take a lot of work to coordinate it and get the thing running but it will improve GMC! But I`m not quite sure if one man is enough for the job, it depends how it will go down. Since there are tabs on every lesson (animated on the original ones), there will be no need for tabbing the songs by ear, which would have required longer time. So then, the job will consist of "translating" the tabs into GP, don`t you agree? If this is the case, it won`t take too long time, and I think a team of 2-4 "tabbers" would do. Taking to consideration that most instructors already does it theirselves, I actually think a 2-team would have been great (one will be a bit short in case he finds himself busy and unavailable to tab ) If there are going to be a volunteer list for this "maybe-to-come" project, I`ll sign up You are at GuitarMasterClass.net Don't miss today's free lick. Because he has it tabbed in text, it's just to import it and fix the timing. This would demand the instructors approval though, and the files should be uploaded in a way that non-subscribers should not be capable of downloading the GP files (seeing there are many non-subscribers in the forums). To me having a GP file to go with the lesson was the MAIN reason I signed up for GMC.....it is a HUGE help to have the GP file and it helps your sense of rhythmn to be able to know the rhythmns you are playing. The GP file is what sets this site apart from other instructional sites IMO. I've tried a couple other sites and while the content was good they didn't have downloadable GP files. Music is existed even before the Internet and whole process was a little longer but somehow much more beautiful, more natural. It means that you had only your gramophone or tape recorder, will and persistence. The only weapon was -your ear ! Even today I'm much satisfied taking off a song using the hearing instead of tabs/GP. The first (Mega popular, Epic at that time -80') instrumental that I covered to prove to myself and others was Entering the harem....imagine, without tabs This song is still a challenge and kind of initiation for the young musicians - or you're a guitarist or you're not !! We found that if you were playing a 45 and slowed it down to 33 and put 2 of our particular coins on the middle of the record it would slow it by exactly half and be exactly an octave lower!!!! I remeber that time well Did also that 45 on 33 tricks as well, but mostly I was using the method of recording to dictaphone in SP mode and then playing it in LP mode to slow it down. If I remeber well a song that was originaly in A was transposed to G But now, all kinds of aids are available to learn songs, and ofcourse they shoud be used, but one should not rely completely on them.
