So what should you do if you suspect you have COVID19? What steps should you take and what's the best plan of attack if you suspect you have in fact come down with this thing. Firstly STAY CALM. Once you have managed to get a bit of ZEN follow these steps.
This thing is serious and yes it can kill you. Don't take it lightly butt don't freak out either. Just follow the steps in the video and you will be as fine as you are going to be.
