Here's one I'm fancying: I7 I7sus4 - would be the formula and an example would be G7 G7sus4 - it's more like a vamp than an actual progression but you can work a lot of Mixolydian phrases over it! as it revolves around the 5th step of C major, thus giving us the Myxolidian characteristic!
