Hi Gert
It is a combination of things. Works in the house for 2 years.... Intensive gardening and poor guitar posture. Today, I'm paying attention, I still have some pain in my right elbow but it's random. Have you seen the post Amazing Warm up ? I made a tab to learn it. I encourage you to work on this exercise and submit a video if you are motivated. Hello Manu, For warm up, I play major C scale in every position and also the caged system. But this piece looks interesting! I will definately have a try when I have some spare time to prctise it and I will post a video after... Thanks for this recommendation! Cheers, Gert |

Great to see you back, Manu. I've been really quiet lately (life) but still practicing and checking in. Darius is such a great player. His right hand is so relaxed and on point and his compositions are fantastic. I've been practicing this one for well over a year:
