I recorded some bass today with a drum plugin.
It's totally dry / drafty and open for any ideas & suggestions.

Number of downloads: 200Intro | Em | Em | C | B | x2 PART T1 ( could be chorus) | Em | Em | C | B | | C | D | G | F#b5 | PART 2 (could be verse or something, changes key from Em to C#m) | C#m | C#m/A | C#m/G# | F#m | x2 Then repeat PART 1... The chords are only suggestions based on what the bass is playing. Tempo:115 BPM If this inspires anybody, feel free to dissect it and record whatever you feel like on top of it - we don't need to keep the structure or all parts. The idea is just for this to serve as a staring point. |

Ok very cool, you certainly know how to tweak those fake amps to make them fit extremely well into the mix!
I have been focusing on the intro as I feel it will really set the mood for the tune. I still think there is a bit too much going on - but here is work-in-progress:

Hey guys -
Ken and I decided to give this one a new shot and I have recorded some vocals over it. I am very excited about it and really hope it can be made into a track which sounds cool from start to end. I still need to warn you my vocals are very rusty and I am also struggling with fitting the different singing styles into the mix. Any help is welcome.
