I have a P.O.S. les Paul knock off by DeltaTone. When I bend my strings, it pulls out of tune. Is there something I can do to fix that? Is it dangerous to replace the tuning machines if you don't know how?

Nothing dangerous about that. It's not a difficult job but it's not for certain they are the problem, could be.

Try new strings.
Try putting graphite on the nut. It'll avoid the strings get squeezed stuck.
Or new machine heads.

A couple things to try smile.gif

If the new machine heads fit into the drill holes of the old ones then there will be no problem or danger, it's as simple as screwing a screw on your Ikea shelf.

any suggestions on which ones to get? Good quality so it won't happen again? This has been happening since I got it.

I can't really tell you which ones will fit without any further drilling without having seen your guitar.
Can you please take a picture of your machine heads from the front and back?

Or you could take your guitar to a luthier and let him measure them to make sure the new ones fit 100%. Good brands are Gotoh, Sperzel, Grover and Schaller
