Maybe such a Grip Master could help you ? The Grip Master trains your finger and makes them stronger.

Looks like this

Might I add that those actually really work extremely well. And are useful training for just about anything - playing (American) football, climbing, playing guitar and piano, avoiding injuries from mouse/computer usage... Used a similar thing for the last 10 years of my piano playing (Tennis balls really aren't as effective as people like to think) - and got a GripMaster heavy tension (depending on your current strength, you might want a light or medium) as soon as I saw one in a sports shop.

It's not just about strength - developing the muscles in your fingers adds to flexibility, finger coordination, speed and precision as well as strength - just be sure to do slow exercises rather than fast ones. smile.gif

Plus, you can carry it around in your pocket to use it anywhere smile.gif

Oh, and might want to add that this thingy is, of course, not a substitute for PRACTICE tongue.gif Exercised finger muscles doesn't mean I was a shredmaster on guitar the day I picked it up - or now (few weeks later) wink.gif

perhaps it would be better for people to actually see your plying? That way people can see perhaps your arm positioning/moving and fingering and let you know if you need to change anything maybe you could record yourself with a webcam or an ordinary camera?

the right hand movement is verry important to, for plaing fast.
you must keep the pick in the same way when you play slow as you play fast.
you could do some exercises playing fast on just one string , and see how fast you can play that and what is your best position for the right hand, and then try to do the same when you play licks and stuff.
it helped me ... maybe it would help you , too.

good luck
