My Fingers Are Super Slow

And are useful training for just about anything - playing (American) football, climbing, playing guitar and piano, avoiding injuries from mouse/computer usage... Used a similar thing for the last 10 years of my piano playing (Tennis balls really aren't as effective as people like to think) - and got a GripMaster heavy tension (depending on your current strength, you might want a light or medium) as soon as I saw one in a sports shop. It's not just about strength - developing the muscles in your fingers adds to flexibility, finger coordination, speed and precision as well as strength - just be sure to do slow exercises rather than fast ones. That way people can see perhaps your arm positioning/moving and fingering and let you know if you need to change anything maybe you could record yourself with a webcam or an ordinary camera?
