I am in for more bending and vibrato. Please show me the way. (BTW I agree nobody has a crystal ball!) JPB. You should practice and focus more on micro bends |

I don't know if I worked this out correctly.
I tried to stick to the scales based on the chord progression. I find it difficult not to loosen up and go for it on one scale. The scale switching certainly requires a different concentration Anyhow here it is. JPB PS: I may give it a try tomorrow or Friday if I have the time. http://soundcloud.com/jpbluestring/gmin-iii |

I know it is not a easy challenge and it makes your brain to work in a different direction! Now I think a good thing would be to add a few licks to your library! I have a cool lesson that has 15 blues licks that will also work over the backing track I gave you! Here it is! https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/15-Blues-Licks/ Let me know what do you think:) -------------------- |

Hi Alex,
I started to work on the 15-Blues Licks as per your last assignment. Still working on it but while practicing one of my own composition on the acoustic today, I surprised myself in incorporating some of your licks into it. (I guess it's getting in somehow..) Hope you will not be offended. My rhythm is somewhat different to link with the acoustic rhythm. Anyhow it also proves that these licks can be interpreted differently from the tab of course. I'll get back to the assignment this week - promised. Thanks JPB. http://soundcloud.com/jpbluestring/15-blues-licks-part-1 |
