Left Wrist Injury

I sustained a wrist injury a couple of months ago while string bending - and it hasn't gone away. I even took ibuprofen and stopped playing for four days. I will say that it stops hurting when I play, this includes when I bend. But I'm having difficulty performing certain tasks at work when my left wrist gets hung up in a certain positions. Do any of you play with nagging wrist injuries? I'm considering laying off for a while, but know the decision would be a difficult one to stick to.

Have you gone to the doctor? You should go urgent if you didn't. That's what I always do when I feel something wrong with my fingers or wrist.
