It's the "import" version, but I've wanted one of these forever so I finally got one smile.gif Screams 80's and I love the way it plays smile.gif

Will be using it in this weekends video chat!

New axes improve my mood smile.gif Lately I've needed a lot of mood improvement with all that's going on. Seems to be working!

I"m impressed with it so far! Didn't expect the level of fit and finish that it's got. The frets are all smooth and it grabs pinch harmonics with ease. Not like my cheapo BC rich sad.gif Both are just 80s fun guitars but this one feels like one you could aactually play and record with. Whammy system is very smooth and the pickups are pretty good to! The rich seems like it's just for looks. The last one I had, I spent more money improving the rich that I paid for it just to get it up to snuff. Not so with kamikaze. Ready to go pretty much out of the bo.

Very cool. smile.gif I've always had good experience with ESP guitars. BC Rich seems to get away with some very low standards with their QC. Some of the Gunslingers are close to unplayable out o the box which is a shame.

I agree smile.gif At the lower end especially. These guitars are not that far apart on price and the difference is amazing in terms of build quality. The Rich is just meant to look nice on the rack, which it does smile.gif But the kamikaze is actually meant to play. It's got a push pull knob to switch pickups just like the original which is handier than I thought it would be smile.gif
