You won't find any solid sounding drum kits for less money mate. You can always use free drum VSTi's if you want and try to mix them well, but it you really want to get a nice sounding kit, then ezdrummer can be a great solution. They can be found for 135$ if you lookup.

EZ Drummer is well worth the money and the expansion packs are tremendously useful
