Non English Singing Bands, Who do you listen to

Jan 9 2012, 12:04 PM	Learning Roadie Posts: 3.179 Joined: 26-October 11 From: Galway, Ireland	I've started listening to quite a few Brazilian bands due to the fact that my wife is Brazilian The last two are Sertanajo which is Brazilian country music, very cheesy but very popular in the State my wife is from (though she hates it, so it annoys her when I play it!) When I was stationed in Okinawa, there was a Japanese band named "X" that had a few cool songs (my favorite was "Endless Rain") but the stuff they did on stage was really corny (kicking balloons around and stuff like that). They also would mix English with their lyrics and sometimes it really made no sense. However, they spoke better English than I speak Japanese so I have to give them credit for that!
