Gmc- Bad Request, Problems connecting to GMC

Hello,

I don't know if the rest of you guys have experienced this but in the last 2-3 weeks I sometimes can't connect to GMC and keep getting the message 'Bad Request' on my web browser. Sometimes it so bad that I can't access it for a couple of hours. Any suggestions?
