I love experimenting with different arpeggio ideas (sweep arpeggios, string-skipped arpeggios, tapped arpeggios, etc.). I'd like to show you a few examples. This is part 01 of the series
In this example I'm using a Michael Romeo-style approach, playing legato on each string involved. When I switch strings, I either use tapping as the starting note of the new string (in the ascending part), or a hammer-on from nowhere with my index finger (in the ascending part). I attach the backing tracks in 3 different BPMs, so you can download it, and practice the arpeggio. I'd love to hear your versions, so upload it here via SoundCloud! http://soundcloud.com/jonastamas-hangmester/em-d-em-g-arpeggio-01-102-bpm
