I just wanted to know what others are doing for warm-ups before they start to play or practice. I start out with simple scales slow at first than building up to about half of my speed then move to Crazy Train (not the solo), simple but very effective. Than I am able to continue. Lets here what you do for stretching exercises, especially the instructors. Thanks GMC-ers!

I jump on practicing straight ahead, play the same excercises as usual just much slower!! Don't know if it's good or not but in 20 minutes i feel warmed-up enough to continue regular practicing.
