Hi!

I have just bought my first electric guitar and having zero knowledge I would like to know if it is a good beginner guitar and if it is worth the price I payed. It is a washburn x-series and I think the model name is X22 (70% sure) and it looks pretty much exactly like my avatar. I know pricing is different in every country, but I bought it together with a Peavey Rage 158 amp, a tuner, a gigbag and a stand for 1900 swedish crowns which is about 123 pounds (from a weak-minded wannabe guitarist that quit). Was it a good deal and what is good/bad with the brand Washburn?

Personally I think starting with a floating bridge is pretty bad.
Even with a good floater, it needs maintenance and you should be able to set it up yourself.
On cheap bridges, it's sometimes impossible to get the tuning right when you use the bar.

I guess you could screw the arm out though. I would probably do that if I were you.
Try some bending and check if it stays in tune.
