I take care of all aspects of keeping the place running. Building and equipment.
Safety is a huge part as well.
My main talent is PLC (Programmable Logic Control) although I am a Millwright by trade. So machining, welding and the like can fill a day as well as the other duties that I would rather not do.
If something breaks, it is my fault. Once I figured that out it was a good job.
We bake about 600, 000 + loaves / week as well as 250 - 300,000 dozen rolls / week.
It is part of a world wide company. Canada (Where I am), USA, and the UK. Plus who knows where else.
I started back at playing guitar to relax. I forgot how much I enjoyed it. Looks like I will stay at it long term. Especially now that I an not a student trying to scrounge enough cash for gear. Now I just need to get it past the wife.
