This was a tough one for me bring the theopry instruictor I had to disagree with a couple of things you wrote, and the way you explained a couple of things (sorry!). However, I liked the overall structure and particularly the second half where you introduced some interesting info. I think with a little more work you could get this into 5+ territory - feel free to PM me for suggestions where I think improvements can be made - for the sake of fairness I won't help you rewrite it, but think of this as research by interview
