Hi guys!
I don't know if this has been posted here before (Im quite sure that it has not) but I found this great tutorial video on how to record a good metal tone. It's basically a dude explaining a lot of different aspects of how to get a good metal tone on your recordings. There's a lot of great tips and tricks, he even shows many different mic positioning possibilities on a guitar cabinet. Check it out! Yeah i don't record with an amp at all i record directly wit PODxt, which i know isn't going to sound as good as an amp but it's all i can do at the moment

Great stuff, should only be divided into smaller videos...
