Pro Tools, Please Help.

I use Pro Tools LE 6.8.1 for recording. I just recorded a song with bass guitar, electric guitar and drums, and everything sounds good, but the problem is that when I render it/"bounce to disk" the track gets waaaaaaaaay too much bass. So my question is, how do I control the bass and treble in pro tools? Or any other way to do it.
