Do your practice to achieve long or short term rewards? If you ever get stuck in your practicing - you might consider lowering the bar for some time and just play things that are fun to you - that give you a short term reward. Perhaps learn a new song, a simple riff, jam over a backing track?
I know very well how it feels to just practice and at the end of the day, when you draw the line, you are not really feeling the progress
Why not try some fun stuff, especially if it includes things you are practicing in it
