I always rent first to see if I like it. You get to pilot an AT AT and wads of other things that you may have always wanted to do after seeing star wars. This one is far more cinematic than the last one IMHO and the story line is more compelling. I fully recommend it even if just for a weekend rental. I went ahead and bought the expansion pack. Well worth a rental or a purchase if you find it on sale. This vid has gotten more views than any other vid of the game I shared. It gives a good view of wads of it. They almost ruined the new star wars game by making you pay to advance!!!! There was such an outcry that the killed that part of it. They really are the worst imho. They have had falling revenue for a while as many game vendors have as casual gamers switch to phone apps for gaming and only the more serious gamers are left on consoles and computers. So they try to make up the difference by charging for everything in the game and making it unfair to those who don't pay for every little extra gun or what not. It's quite lame imho. However, I must say BATTLEFIELD II is one of the most enjoyable campaigns I've EVER played and I've played a freaking TON.
