Your Lessons- Metronome Question Options

Cheers M8 ..instead of using the metrononme i usually play after some of your video lessons on alternative picking..

because i feel i dont go with the same beat with the metronome...

and the Question is : Can i play with your videos if you get the idea instead of using the metronome,
i feel more control this way..is it wrong ?
