Seems pretty good, doesn't it?  Is the open-E tuning used alot or barely?

Open E is pretty common for slide guitar.
Duane Allman always tuned to open E when he played slide |

Open E is is great for slide!
Add roadie, few more guitars and you're set to rock the globe.
