Webcam For Recording

i'll have to get a webcam for recording.
which one is the best choice in a resonable price range about 100 dollars?
i dont have a seperate device to record audio. so the webcam should do that to. (if possible)

If you want a good audio quality you need a separate audio device, like POD Studio GX. As for webcams, logitech 9000 seems to be working for lot of members here, so it's a safe bet.
