Req: Little Bit Of Tab Help

You see the 14,15,14 with the arch above it? Exactly what does that mean? My guess is it means to hold the first note while playing the second and third, but I think I am way off. From what I can tell, the H and P notation originates from the ASCII (or text-based) sites where there is no easy way to represent the arc using standard characters.
