yesterday i read a post on the forum that stated that to make playing easier you should relax and BREATHE.

i have just been practicing my alternate picking when i remembered this post in the forum so i tried it out. i suddenly went from playing at 98bpm to 120bpm (sixteenth notes) without even thinking just bacause i started to breathe.
i didnt even know i was holding my breath.

i forgot where this post was and who posted it but thankyou! that one single thing has improved my playing so much and id suggest everyone start to totally relax while playing

Thanks again
Chris

Mn i posted a whole long thing about this, and how it can relate to ilfting weights and everything. Its a simple little thing, but sometimes can be hard to do.

Im glad, wait till you discover "Light of Touch", and then being relaxed,, but haveing a certain tension there. Dont worry about that stuff now. That might make you worse trying to figure it out right now!!
