Waiting Medical Operation Options

Hello GMCers! I've missed you!
Perhaps you have noticed that I´ve been away from GMC for a while. This is due to I have now an elbow injury that prevents me to playing guitar.
It's an injury that has the name of ulnar nerve entrapment, and prevents me to making movements with the left hand. This happens to me since June, even before. In recent months I have tried all kinds of therapies such as physiotherapy, laser, ultrasound, ozone injections ... but none of these approaches has worked, so now the only possible solution is to operate the elbow.
Today I received a call from the hospital and they told me that the operation will be on Monday 29 November. In principle there is not a complicated operation- it consists in the release of the trapped nerve, that is probably due to a muscle filament.
Well, hope all goes well. The recovery will be 8 weeks, so I hope to record many lessons from February 2011!
I will keep you informed.
