Finding Somone To Jam With

I have sort of come to the point where I really could use another person to jam with. So far, thanks to completely tone deaf friends, I have had managed on my own but now I sort of feel that this is severely limiting my progress (and its no fun!). I am aware of that, because this site has members from all over the world, a guitar matchmaking forum might be tricky to implement. So I am wondering if any of the Swedish users on the forum, or international users for that matter, now of any good method (site, newspaper, store, club etc) where metal/hard rock musicians can meet and jam. I apologize that this thread is of very limited interest to people outside Sweden, but to be honest I didn't know where else to post.
