Well, I have a Marshall JMP1 preamp and a Marshall 9200 poweramp and I love how it sounds... it's really amazing, but I don't now if it's the best. I think I would need to play with all those amp to have a good opinion tongue.gif

I was split between Marshall and Hughes&Kettner but since I have one myself I went for H&K... it can certainly sound like a Marshall either way wink.gif

My desert island amp would have to be the Groove Tubes Soul-o-30

How many amps can go between dirty and clean with this kind of tone:

I've played most every other amp out there. Marshall, Fender, Mesa, Dr Z, Rivera, etc...

I have found my amp for life! smile.gif

"Fact is, nothing in the world bores me more than gear...If I played thru your rig, I would still sound like me. Van Halen would sound like Van Halen. Brian May...etc. Very early in my career I decided to focus on creating music and not being a guitar tech. Being a good guitar tech is a very different and extremely difficult job, so why not leave it to a pro?"
