Well,some other specs you might look up too are neck radius,type of frets,inlays,
color,type of lacquer,pots configuration etc. As for shipping,I think it's about 100$ to most countries in Europe.

No need too,I know the details about your request now and I will talk with him.
Btw,Sitka Spruce is wood used for acoustic guitars mostly,body to be precise. Neck from it would be easy to twist imo

If he can't do Sitka Spruce then how about Koa? Please mention Koa if Sitka Spruce is out of the question.
