 Here's the deal. You know how to make natural harmonic right? Same deal with tapped,only our left hand finger is the nut now,that's it. So first tapped harm in the lesson is this one. Play 3rd fret on low E which is G note and tap on 15th fret. But you need to tap really on the FRET(metal part) not between the frets like when you're playing normally. Same thing like when you play natural harmonic on 12th fret.

More gain/drive shall help I believe.
But still must be really accurate with tapping directly above the fret. -------------------- Youtube
