Nope didn't think so either. We all know parents don't get this.
I can show you how to be the virtuoso your folks could only dream about, but I first need your help:
* Pm me and I will show you where to start. I am online every day and I will help you out directly!
* Join my mentoring program. I will customize your learning experience in a way you haven't experienced before. We will have regular contact so that you can remain inspired every day and eventually reach a new level.
* Join my next video chat! GMC startpage holds a video chat schedule. We always cover a lot of ground and have fun. Remember that you don't need any previous knowledge, and you can be passive in the chat.
* Jam with me - you will find active collabs here.
* Post a topic on this board, guitar related or not - doesn't matter! You will find that chatting with instructors boosts your motivation to practice.
* You haven't missed my latest video lessons, have you?
* Oh and did you know that to become a killer guitarist you just need to focus on one thing? Everything
else is secondary. Pm me and I will explain.

Copied from my "I'm back!" thread:
Today, for the first time, I hit Ben Higginseses's "Kirk Hammett" lesson. Not full speed, and I really need to clean it up....but I was surprised at how far I got on it, for one day. I also re-visited Cosmin's infamous "Vivaldi Winter Arpeggios" riff that I was working on over a month ago. Still, it is NOWHERE NEAR full speed...but, though my time here at GMC I feel like I've grown and changed quite a bit as a guitarist, and it shows when practicing the Vivaldi run. NOT saying that "it shows" because I'm better....but because my technique has changed drastically since when I first started on this. I'm playing way more towards a "classical" grip, my picking has changed, and I'm paying way more attention to the timing and playing clean notes. This actually makes me practice it slower, but it's the only way I will EVER get it up to full-fluid "Coz-speed"!! Watch Cosmin's original lesson to be blown away by how easy he makes it look. -------------------- Check out my awesome Nintendo Cover-band, EMULATOR!! http://www.reverbnation.com/emulator Now.....go practice!! |
