Nope didn't think so either. We all know parents don't get this.
I can show you how to be the virtuoso your folks could only dream about, but I first need your help:
* Pm me and I will show you where to start. I am online every day and I will help you out directly!
* Join my mentoring program. I will customize your learning experience in a way you haven't experienced before. We will have regular contact so that you can remain inspired every day and eventually reach a new level.
* Join my next video chat! GMC startpage holds a video chat schedule. We always cover a lot of ground and have fun. Remember that you don't need any previous knowledge, and you can be passive in the chat.
* Jam with me - you will find active collabs here.
* Post a topic on this board, guitar related or not - doesn't matter! You will find that chatting with instructors boosts your motivation to practice.
* You haven't missed my latest video lessons, have you?
* Oh and did you know that to become a killer guitarist you just need to focus on one thing? Everything
else is secondary. Pm me and I will explain.

Hi,Cosmin.
I tried to keep my thumb behind the neck. It was a little inconvenient firstly. I had begun to play very slowly near 50% and than step by step I increased my speed to 80%. I had played in 100 % speed but I am not sure that these attempts can be seen. So this is that I did for the present https://www.dropbox.com/s/8yyed3j4m6t3ggh/d...gio%2080%25.m4v -------------------- Best wishes,

The mechanics of the body will automatically bring the thumb behind the neck, thus creating MUCH more comfort and reach for your fingers and left hand in general! If you have trouble with this position tell me and I will make a video so that I can emphasize on the position shift, ok? This is a very good example - please examine the left hand wrist position, ok? First pic - this is how you are doing it now and in the second pic, I've demonstrated how to bring your wrist forward. Hi,Cosmin.
I got it, thank you but when I play it is not so easy to control it. I am sure it will come. I spent all my weekend to improve my playing. I have played on a very slow speed many times but I am not satisfied in my progress. I think I have to spend more time for playing. Anyway today I still can only on this. https://www.dropbox.com/s/stjqapmm96phrys/d...peggio%2090.m4v -------------------- Best wishes,

Hi,Cosmin.
The last two days I moved to a new apartment. It was a little hard. But now I have a place for training. Eventually I will make here repair and it will be my Home Stodio I hope. Anyway I didn't forget to find a time for training. This is my next attempt. https://www.dropbox.com/s/3vrkdhttd5q7vs5/D...%2095%25%20.m4v -------------------- Best wishes,

Hi,Cosmin.
This is my today attempt. The guitar is on the left foot as you say. https://www.dropbox.com/s/htxz7osd7ynvfgt/d...%20arpeggio.m4v -------------------- Best wishes,

Hi,Cosmin. This is my today attempt. The guitar is on the left foot as you say. https://www.dropbox.com/s/htxz7osd7ynvfgt/d...%20arpeggio.m4v Definitely looking more relaxed and natural! Still, it is too fast for this stage in your evolution - I would recommend working on a new one in parallel, which should be a little easier, what do you think? |

Hey man, take it easy, no frustrations, ok? When I gave you this exercise, I did it because I wanted you to get acquainted with the concept - I was not expecting you to play it at full speed on such a short notice, so no worries ok? Keep working on it at a slower speed and it will get there in time, I promise.
In the mean time, how about this one? https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Inside-Outside-Picking/ |

Hi,Cosmin.
I have played the exercises in a slow temp many times. During the break I recorded the exercise which I played relatively easily. I posted it before but now it sounds a little better. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8b8v2q18n081n4q/sum%2041%207.m4a So I recorded my last attempt of drop d arpeggio lesson in the 100 % speed. https://www.dropbox.com/s/zho4f282rvg8dow/d...eggio%20100.m4a Tomorrow I will record the picking lesson(video) This post has been edited by pavelducati: Aug 1 2013, 04:47 PM -------------------- Best wishes,

Hi,Cosmin.
Ok, I will record video(arpeggio) as you said. It is my video(inside picking). https://www.dropbox.com/s/8ukiju1tisd5tyu/p...D0%BE%D0%B9.m4v It is like the phrase from my exercise which I am not able to fulfill at the present time. I understand how interesting you are leading my to my goal. It is really nice. Thank you. This post has been edited by pavelducati: Aug 2 2013, 11:22 AM -------------------- Best wishes,
