Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Antonio Vivaldi - Winter Arpeggios by Cosmin Lupu

Obviously I am aware this is not a passing take and the video/audio quality is poor. I just wanted to show where I am with this. I'm getting the hang of it and will get it polished up!

Hi Jim, sounds like you're playing everything correctly. Near the end I notice you switch from alternate picking to a mini sweep kind of thing. You may want to make a choice early on which approach you want to take to save you switching half way through.

P.S. You can always share progress videos like this in the Practice Room section if you like smile.gif

Hey Jim!

As Ben said, it looks like you have everything into place, but you should use the REC zone for posting final takes only, and using the full speed backing track. If you want to discuss intermediary takes, you should post them in the Practice room as Ben suggested.

Due to all of what I mentioned above, we cannot grade this one

Keep rocking!

Cosmin
