ok, so does that means that my picking finger should be pure still. Not moving or anything like that, only the wrist?

ok thx, but if my goal is to shred metal and stuff like that. To play scales REAAAAALLLY fast and still be comfortable in my playing, then the wrist will do?

Just remember- you have to practise these things over and over. Nothing is easier at first- it'll take alot of hard work. Have you watched Kris's speedpicking 101 lesson?

ye, but i did it in the wrong way. But do u suggest i do the speedpicking series before i dive into the world of scales?
