Hi dudes

I like to take another direction, focus myself on ryth side, jazz side too, i'll be back on shred later.

For now i have 10/13 songs to learn for play it at my mother's 70th anniversary.

I'll play them with my sister's sons, they play drum, bass and keyboards.

i have this set to learn before the july 15th:

learned - happy birthday, i'll do metal crazy one
learned - europa , santana
learned - roxane, police
learned - in my time ,opeth
wip - hold the line, toto
wip - he is, ghost
wip - gabrielle, johnny halliday
- que je t'aime, johnny halliday
- daniella, elmer food beat
- fresh , cool and the gang
- treasure , bruno mars
- hymn for weekend, coldplay
- a sky full of skied , coldplay
- juste une illusion, jean louis aubert
- c'est vraiment toi, telephone
learned - à tout le monde, megadeth

i'm in a bad situation.......

someone can help me about jazz and rythm stuff ??

Cheers

Laurent

Great that you've found a direction that makes you happy!! I agree. Put the shred down for a while. You've done plenty of that and have a good handle on it. Focusing on jazz/rythm/vibrato/bending would be a great idea as it would allow you to grow in a new direction. My suggestion would be to focus on learning the songs you mentioned as that would be a great way to work on the bits in question.
