When thinking of a clean amp, Fender models and Roland jazz chorus comes to my mind. This is the new JC-40 from Roland, even if you haven't played this amp yet I'm sure you'll hear familiar sounds during the demo;

They are getting on board the "mini" amp trend and FINALLY making a JC120 that doesnt break your back to carry and that isn't so overpowered for home use. Of course, the one it's based on is amazing, but it's great to see all these vendors finally making amps for where they get used the most. The bedroom smile.gif

+1, what I really feel they are too late about is every amp has to at least have a line out option for connecting to soundcard (or mixer with a cab. sim. device).

3.rd party products make things more complicated and expensive specially for hobbyists.

Honestly there is just no excuse for not putting USB on every amp head made. Especially these low watt bedroom jobs. Folks are going to be recording in the bedroom so go ahead and put the darn usb jack on the back!!!!!! Come on people. sad.gif Put a switchable cab emulation on there so you can turn it off and use the torpedo plugin if you want. But nope. Sadly it's decisions like this that are costing amp vendors big time. Even the mighty ORANGE is eventually going to have to come around smile.gif

Aside maybe USB, an amp with a line out or cab. switch (using capasitors for filtering) can still be considered full analog. I wonder if it would be lame to make one of those petition things to get their attention?

I think the Market itself will get their attention before too long smile.gif I"m all for having a nice analogue path and all, but at least one model in every range should be able to connect to a computer for recording purposes one would hope.
