I have learned so much from the video chats. I try to attend as many as I can. And now that the instructors can hear us at the click of a mouse...pure AWESOMENESS!!!!!!

Yes there is some lag issues but when you think about what we are actually doing, I mean, an instructor (& fellow GMC members) can see & hear me play on another continent (possibly the other side of the world), that's just amazing!
