It's very good man, great fusion type tune. I would suggest a couple of things,

Mixing - Kick and snare sound little synthetic, and they should be 1-2dB lower.

Guitar playing - sounds very good, but it would be even better, if there were some main theme, and a structured improvising. This way you get a bunch of licks tied together with pauses. Playing is good, and phrasing as well, but need more fine tuning.

Backing - One or two more key changes and some kind of a bridge in the middle would definitely make this backing shine. This way it sounds kinda looped. But it is OK, I like it reminds me on a musician from these parts that uses same type of backings and makes pretty interesting stuff.
